Yankees' third baseman Alex Rodriguez is enduring a total shit storm from the media this week.  First there's rumors of an affair with Madonna and then rumors pop up that his wife is jocking Lenny Kravitz!  Weird and weirder, so what does A-Rod have to say about it? Nuthin'!

This is not a good week for couples.  The divorce trial of Christie Brinkley and Peter has begun today.  The former husband and wife will have it out at a Long Island courthouse to decide who gets the kids, the property and the $3 mil in assets.  Christie and Peter have been separated since 2006 when it was discovered that Peter had an affair with his 18-year-old assistant Diana Bianchi, who will testify in the trial.  This sounds like it's going to get reeeaal ugly and will probably go on for weeks.  Hooray for being single!

     

Aww, look at the happy couple!  We spotted Madonna and Guy Ritchie getting a little din-din last night.  The couple headed to Italian restaurant Cesca in Manhattan where they walked arm in arm and forced some smiles.  What's to come of Madonna and Guy?  Her publicist claims "their marriage does not need saving" (when do we believe a publicist) but I think Madonna's pr machine is going to have to to try and spin it a little more if any of us are going to buy that these two are still together.

    

Ok I know A-Rod was doing something nice and I'm sure it was planned out weeks in advance, but don't you think that it was lucky that he had someone to help him deflect questions about his sordid love life?  We spotted Alex Rodriguez leaving his NYC apartment this afternoon,  the Yankees third baseman remained silent in regards to our questions about his supposed affair with Madonna.  A-Rod was accompanied by a child from the Make-A-Wish foundation and the two were headed to a Yankees game; I hope the paps didn't spoil his day but instead enhanced the celebrity experience for him!

Oh little Rocco, I didn't want to have to drag you into this, but I do!  We just spotted Rocco Ritchie and his adopted brother David hanging out at the Central Park Zoo, ironically dressed in head to toe New York Yankees gear!  Probably not the best time to lend support to the team given the rumors about Madonna and A-Rod, but hopefully they enjoyed feeding the goats anyway!

      

We spotted Guy Ritchie in Manhattan this morning with his personal trainer.  Now would definitely be a good time to go to the gym, I'm sure he has his aggressions to work out and maybe he's feeling a bit self-conscious that there are mad rumors flying about Madonna and New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez.  Yep, sure you've heard by now that the people are saying they've been hooking up for months!
According to US Weekly, A-Rods attended Madonna's April 30 NYC concert; the singer sat in his seats at a Yankees game on June 22 (it was the first time she ever was photographed at a Yankees game).
Oh snap!  Just wait until the next set we've got for ya...

    

Guy Ritchie landed in New York yesterday afternoon and he still appeared slightly aloof and with out his wedding ring.  Allegedly, Guy and Madonna have called in their accounting firm MGR, which has handled their finances for years to start dividing their assets. A source told the Daily Mirror: "MGR have warned they will have a busy time over the next few months as they go carefully through the books."  Apparently this process could be especially tedious since there was no prenuptial agreement.

You heard it straight from her mouth, Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are "expecting"! Congratulations you two!  We don't know who or how you got a baby in ya, but what a wonderful surprise.
Ok, so maybe LiLo was "joking" in order to dodge our question about her mystery half-sister.  Oh yeah, didn't you hear?  Michael Lohan has a bastard child! Kristi Kaufmann is claiming that she had an affair with Michael and during that time he fathered her 13-year-old daughter.  The two sides are going back and forth with Kristi claiming that the affair lasted for years while Michael admits that although it could be possible that he is the girl's father, their fling was short-lived and that Kristi is kind of nuts.  Oh this poor child, whether Michael is the dad or not, she sounds screwed!  The Lohans are just one family to stay the hell away from.

Madonna was spotted attending a Kabbalah Center in Manhattan over the weekend.  Accompanied by her children Lourdes, Rocco and David, Madge continues to go about her life while rumors swirl around about the state of her marriage with Guy Ritchie. 
Despite both being seen with out their wedding rings, Guy's mother is now weighing in on the subject saying the speculation is "rubbish."  Lady Amber Leighton released a statement saying, "They are no different to most other couples and we all know that being together can be hard sometimes and marriages are not always a bed of roses...Madonna is in New York at the moment finishing off a tour and he will join her there after the weekend. That is not a couple splitting up. I'll say it one more time, they are not getting divorced; the speculation is TT—that's total tosh."

Well, you can't blame a mom for sticking up for her son, but let's be honest, it's Hollywood, where the success rate for marriages seems like its worse than it is for the whole country.  Best of luck to them but I don't think it will be any surprise if the divorce goes through.

      

Just a week ago it was announced that Anne Hathaway had split from boyfriend of four years, Italian businessman Raffaelo Follieri.  Raffaelo had previously been in trouble for passing bad checks and now has just been arrested in NYC for wire fraud and money laundering! And get this, he is being accused for falsely representing himself as the chief financial officer of the Vatican and attempting to sell properties of the Catholic church at a below market price. See ya in hell in Raffie!
