Suri Cruise is quite the princess.  We spotted the little one being carried by her dad Tom Cruise through the streets of Manhattan today.  Suri was good to go with her blankie, her sippie cup, stuffed animal and her trademark Mary Janes, this time in red. 

Tom will appear on Barbara Walter's annual 10 Most Fascinating People of 2008 tomorrow night on ABC.   Tom ranks at number 9, right between his good friend Will Smith (number 10) and comedy genius Tina Fey (number 8).  Number one is still a surprise, but all money is on President Elect Barack Obama.

    

For Suri Cruise, the world is her oyster, and over the weekend she visited what many kids would consider to be the pearl, a big candy store!

We spotted Suri, Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Suri's big sister Isabella Cruise loading up on candy in Manhattan over the weekend.  Little Suri had the opportunity to spend some quality time with her fam over the Thanksgiving holiday as well as the Beckham boys!  I'll say it once and I'll say it again, this girl has the funnest life ever!

       

Now, I'm not judging, but why is it that Suri Cruise never wears a jacket?  Does she have an aversion to coats?  I know that little kids are weird and have no common sense but I do think it's kind of strange that Tom and Katie choose to wrap her up in a blanket rather than popping a jacket on her.  Check out the bundle and her parents as they arrive back to their apartment in NYC last night.

Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are officially stuffed animal wranglers.  We spotted Tom, Katie and little Suri Cruise going for a family outing in Manhattan this afternoon. The trio held hands as Mama Katie held onto Suri's Curious George doll, possibly the same one she picked up at FAO Schwarz back in January.

Tom was a part of the Friar's Club Roast of Today show host Matt Lauer.  Tom made cracks about how Matt does the same thing day in day out (while he's jetting around the world) and Matt joked that Tom should pull up a booster seat.

      

Come back! We spotted Tom Cruise and Suri Cruise making their way out of Manhattan yesterday.  Couldn't say where they were going but one thing for sure was that they flying via helicopter-the Cruise family choice of transportation. It looks like Suri got a haircut, maybe Tom wanted something more low maintenance now that he has to play Mr. Mom.

       

And onto another couple that is still together for reasons unknown.  We spotted Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes on their way to a cocktail party for All My Sons in New York last night.  The pair stepped out in matching dark suits, sort of a couple's take on Victor Victoria.

Speaking of costumes, I'm hoping to see Tom, Katie and Suri dressed up for Halloween!  I could see them recreating some kind of classic fairytale.

       

Suri Cruise is a girl after my own heart; she doesn't just walk to the ice cream parlor, she RUNS!  Check out Suri and Tom in Manhattan over the weekend as they treat themselves to Sundaes and Cones .

    

Katie Holmes has officially hit Broadway.  The actress made her public debut last night in the Authur Miller play All My Sons.  After the curtain call Katie and husband Tom Cruise headed to the after party. 

Now I wasn't at the play, so I can't comment on Katie's performance (I can only draw on her past experiences like Dawson's Creek and First Daughter and jump to conclusions from there) but I couldn't help but notice that jumpsuit!  Katie rocked a cropped cream jumpsuit over a lace top.  It's sort of odd (but then again so is she) and she rocked the hell out of that one-piece!

      

Even though I don't really care too much for Tom Cruise (the couch jumping incident of '05 really put me over the edge), it's hard not to like him when you see him take his daughter out for a night on the town.  We spotted Tom with little Suri walking around Manhattan last night.   Suri was all dressed up in a red dress and her silver Mary Janes (which care obviously her favorite shoes) and Tom served as Suri's stuffed animal liaison, carrying around her stuffed bunny and giraffe.

       

She may have given us a wave and a smile yesterday afternoon, but by last night Suri Cruise was OVER IT.  The little tot buried her head into her mother Katie Holme's shoulders and covered her ears in Manhattan last night.  Suri was also joined by her dad Tom Cruise who has recently been serving as her toy liason (aka doll and stuffed animal holder).   Don't cry, Suri, you'll only be in the spotlight for...the rest of your life.
