Spotted: Little J back in her private school plaids, has she given up on home school rule?

I looked for some spoilers y'all but I just don't know what Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen) and Eric van der Woodsen (Connor Paolo) are up to.  It would appear that Jenny has gone back to Constance Billard School however we can see some pink tulle sticking out from under that uniform; perhaps it's one of Jenny's new creations?

Are we excited for tonight?  It's Blair's birthday and Cyndi Lauper is the guest of honor!!!

      

Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen was released from the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles this afternoon after battling a "severe, potentially life-threatening throat infection."

"I have been treating Miss Taylor Momsen for the last few days," Momsen's doctor, Shawn Nasseri, tells US Weekly.  "She has been hospitalized for a severe, potentially life-threatening throat infection since Sunday."

Taylor was in L.A. to take a school exam when she "woke up with a sore throat," a source close to the actress tells US.  "She thought it was just a common cold, but was advised to see an ear, nose & throat specialist before getting on a plane back to New York," the source adds.

The actress's mom flew out to meet her and will fly back to NYC with her later this week.  Feel better Tay!

Madonna showed off her ever-expanding resume last night as she premiered her directorial debut Filth and Wisdom at the Sunshine Theater in New York City last night.

The comedy stars Gypsy punk rocker Eugene Hutz (from the band Gogol Bordello) as a Ukrainian immigrant named A.K., who finances his rock star dream by moonlighting as a cross-dressing dominatrix.

The Filth and Wisdom premiere was the place to be last night with the likes of Jessica Alba, Ed Westwick, Taylor Momsen, Liev Schreiber, Naomi Watts and of course Leggings Lohan.

Is Little J. running away from home?  Sure looks like it!  We spotted Taylor Momsen dressed in bag lady chic on the set of Gossip Girl today.

My guess is that Jennie Humphrey can no longer deal with all the mean girls at school and is skipping town to start anew; she's going to be the most stylish vagrant hanging out at the Port Authority bus terminal!

       

Ok honey, put down the diet Coke and have a bite of some real food. Have any of you Gossip fans noticed how thin Taylor Momsen has been getting lately?  I've been noticing in past weeks that her legs look like toothpicks and the pictures below are evidence of such.

There's been a lot of talk going around about how thin the teen stars of the CW are.  US Weekly is reporting that Shenae Grimes' 90210 co-stars are planning on staging an intervention with the too-thin star.  The story estimates that Shenae, who is 5'3" probably weighs a mere 90 pounds!

Yikes!  These actresses are all so young, it would be sad to watch them waste away. Do you think teen stars are too thin these days?

       

Scandalous!  This is a bit of a spoiler but you all knew it was coming anyways! Over the weekend we were able to catch Nate (Chace Crawford) and Jennie (Taylor Momsen) sharing an intimate moment on set.

Looking at the stills, it looks like the characters get caught up in a moment of passion; Nate and Jennie argue and then Nate pulls Jennie and kisses her.  (We can tell this is only for the sake of the scene as Chace and Taylor break into laughter after they get the shot.)  Is this make out sesh a one time thing or is a new romance heating up on the Upper East Side? Guess we'll have to wait for the next set of pictures to figure that out!

          

We spotted Jessica Szohr on the set of Gossip Girl yesterday, holding a red plastic cup-the universal symbol for keg parties!  Jessica, along with Ed Westwick, Chace Crawford, Taylor Momsen, Leighton Meester (we know it's you behind that paper), Penn Badgley, Nicole Fiscella and Amanda Setton (Blair's cohorts) were all busy at work to bring you season two of GG!  How excited are you for the season premiere?! 3 days and counting...

             

Why are everyone and everything having to do with Gossip Girl absolutely adorable?  We spotted Taylor Momsen and Penn Badgley taking a break from shooting in Manhattan yesterday and Taylor had her arms full, juggling a cell phone, a drink and the cutest puppy in the entire world!  Judging from it's white, fluffiness, I'm going to guess it's a Maltese puppy who could totally give Penny (Blake's dog) a run for her money!*  Cute pets, cute boys and cute clothes, sigh, the life of a Gossip Girl is something to lust after.

_{*Actually, upon further inspection I decided that there could be a chance that is a stuffed animal and not a real puppy. It's so cute but I'm just not convinced either way,...what do you think?}

     

The Gossip Girls are all dressed up, Hamptons style!  We spotted Blake, Taylor and new comer/real life socialite Tinsley Mortimer on set over the weekend.  I'm going to jump to the conclusion that lovely ladies all dressed in white means that there will be some kind of "white party" on the show; and we know that parties on Gossip Girl almost always end in some kind of crazy dramz. 

      

Did you know that fragrances have their own awards night?  Well they do and last night some of the finest ladies in Hollywood came out to honor the best smelling stuff in the world at the 36th Annual FiFi Awards in New York City last night.  The FiFis are brought to us by the the Fragrance Foundation  which honors the fragrance industry’s creative achievements and are considered the ‘Oscars’ of the fragrance industry.  Minka Kelly, Taylor Momsen, Danity Kane and hip hop pioneers Salt N Peppa all walked the red carpet at the Park Avenue Armory and probably smelled as fantastic as they looked!
