Even though I don't really care too much for Tom Cruise (the couch jumping incident of '05 really put me over the edge), it's hard not to like him when you see him take his daughter out for a night on the town.  We spotted Tom with little Suri walking around Manhattan last night.   Suri was all dressed up in a red dress and her silver Mary Janes (which care obviously her favorite shoes) and Tom served as Suri's stuffed animal liaison, carrying around her stuffed bunny and giraffe.

       

She may have given us a wave and a smile yesterday afternoon, but by last night Suri Cruise was OVER IT.  The little tot buried her head into her mother Katie Holme's shoulders and covered her ears in Manhattan last night.  Suri was also joined by her dad Tom Cruise who has recently been serving as her toy liason (aka doll and stuffed animal holder).   Don't cry, Suri, you'll only be in the spotlight for...the rest of your life.

         

Little SURI CRUISE was all dressed up for an afternoon of fun when we caught up with the cute little angel leaving her apartment with dad, Tom, at the weekend. Suri was so pleased to see our photographer, she skipped and danced and gave him a little wave. We wish all celebrities were as happy to see the paparazzi.

   

It was another big day in Manhattan for Suri Cruise yesterday.  Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were seen taking their daughter to Alice's Tea Cup for tea and cookies.  Suri looked very tea party appropriate in a white frilly dress and blue satin sash tied in a huge bow.

Katie must be pleased with her Broadway debut, All My Sons was the highest-grossing play on Broadway last week!  I think Katie may finally be ready for a legit role on the big screen (no First Daughter 2 for her!) after receiving such great reviews on the play

       

Baby doll? Check. Baby giraffe? Check.  Baby Suri?  Of course!  We spotted Katie Holmes doing what she does most afternoons, going to rehearsals for All My Sons.  This time Katie was accompanied by Suri who was swaddled in a blanket and brought some "guests" with her. 

Apparently Katie has been taking the Scientology protesters who have been picketing her play in stride.  Her co-star John Lithgow had this to say about Katie, “It (the protest) was much more disruptive to the other theaters on the street! Katie is lovely in the play, and she’s been such a sweetheart to work with. She has worked so hard - this is a tough, tough play.  Katie is acting with thoroughbreds and she’s doing a wonderful job! She’s had to really push herself.”

      

Suri Cruise does not look interested in what's going on.  I bet in her head she's thinking "the word "play" means something different to me entirely and I don't think what is seemingly taking up my mother's time for half the day, every day, is anything to close to the world play or fun. I don't like it one bit!"

Well, maybe that's the advanced version but All My Sons probably has very little to do with jumping up and down on trampolines so she's probably not happy.  Anyhow, even though Suri needs a nap, her pigtails sure do look cute, Katie keeps that kid well coiffed!

    

Suri Cruise is a cutie even when she's growling! We spotted the little tot with dad Tom Cruise in Manhattan this afternoon.  The two were making their way to their "second car" aka a helicopter; I've never seen anyone who's not in the armed forces ride a helicopter that frequently!  Suri covered her ears and Tom was a good dad and carried her doll and stuffed animals, who probably had their own seat inside the chopper!

      

Awww, lil Suri Cruise, we love you!  Even though in recent outings she's been covering her ears and burying her face into her mother, Suri was all smiles yesterday.  Katie and Suri arrived to a line of photographers at Chelsea Piers and Suri made sure to wave to them all.  There must be something about those trampolines that brings her a certain Zen.

We spotted Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise picking out some new items at Bon Point in Manhattan over the weekend.  Katie tries some headbands on Suri and Suri goes for a little toddle around the store.  How I wish my day were that simple!

Suri Cruise HATES New York!  Every time we see the little one lately she's covering her face or her eyes and just has this generally expression of "Mom get me the eff outta here!".  Poor kid, little does she know that this is just the beginning of her involuntary fame. We spotted Suri bundled in Katie's arms as they arrived to Chelsea Piers yesterday, I hope she at least got to go on the trampolines again.
