Selena Gomez sure cleans up nice!  The Wizards of Waverly Place star made an appearance in London over the weekend for the British Academy Children's Awards.  It was nice to see that Selena was dressed age appropriately, especially since the awards were for children!  The purple and pink flower dress was a cute look and it compliments her fresh faced look; I think she needs to rub some of that youthful charm off on her smoker-voiced contemporaries Miley Cyrus and Ali Lohan!

     

Sexy ladies who like H&M throw your hands up!  Seriously, who doesn't like H&M, it's kind of the greatest, most affordable chain clothing store out there.  Last night, starlets such as Selena Gomez, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Gossip Girl (and woman) Jessica Szohr, Kelly Rutherford, Ugly Betty's Becki Newton and Tatyana Ali (Ashley!) all walked the red carpet in support of the stores latest line.  French designers Comme des Garçons for H&M collection.  The exclusive Comme des Garçons for H&M Collection launches November 13th in the U.S and will offer apparel for men and women with a unisex fragrance. Ooh la la!

           

High School Musical 3 is coming!  OMGEEEEE!!!!!  The cast of the coolest fake-high school in America walked the red carpet last night to premiere their new movie at the Galen Center in Los Angeles.

The High Schoolers are graduating in style with Ashley Tisdale and Monique Coleman in fancy gowns and Zac Efron and Corbin Bleu in stylish suits. Vanessa Hudgens and Disney friend Selena Gomez kept it sweet and short in white mini dresses.

The film opens in theaters next Friday and is sure to make bajillions of dollars (that's a scientific estimate). 

            

Selena Gomez is moving up in the world.  The Disney star was on hand for the first day of Mercedes-Benz Los Angeles Fashion Week Spring 2009 held at Smashbox Studios.  Selena looked totally adorable with her curly hair and plaid jumper, which I'm sure reminds some of us older readers of Claire Danes' character on My So-Called Life. 
Miley Cyrus better watch herself, Selena Gomez is making her way onto the party circuit!

   

We spotted Selena Gomez enjoying a big old cup of Pinkberry frozen yogurt with chocolate toppings in Los Angeles last night.

The Wizards of Waverly Place star has recently admitted to being friendly with rumored boyfriend Nick Jonas.  "I've gotten really close to the entire Jonas family this past year...Nick and I are getting to know each other, but we're not confirming anything."

But Selena doesn't only have eyes for Nick, like most of us she's also crushing on Shia LaBeouf.  "I've had a crush on him ever since he was on Even Stevens," she admits. "It's very far-fetched, but I would love to have Shia on Wizards."  How cute, that's when I first fell for him too!  Of course Selena was probably the target audience for that show while I was high school but he's all grown up now...you got my number Shia, holla.

       

Teen Vogue once again hosted its annual Young Hollywood party.  All the hot young'uns gathered at the Los Angeles County Art Museum to strut their stuff under the banner of youth. 

Rumer Willis showed up her new auburn 'do while Selena Gomez looked cute in curls.  Of course Zac Effron and Vanessa Hudgens were on hand, wouldn't be a young Hollywood party with out the cutest couple! 

I know in Hollyweird everything has to be an "event", but let's be honest and just call it what it is, a prom!  Event planners and pr groups should really just organizing homecoming dances and semi-formals.

          

Oh Selena Gomez, don't play so coy, we all know that you and Nick Jonas are totally an item!  We spotted Ms. Gomez at LAX over the weekend and we unsuccessfully attempted to get her to open up about what's really going on with supposed boyfriend Nick Jonas.

Despite being pestered with questions of her romance status, Selena was cheerful and graciously signed autographs for a bunch of fans; Miley Cyrus is going to have up the sweetness factor if she wants to keep up with Selena!

This is the double date of the century (or at least the month)! We had the good fortune to spot Joe Jonas and his rumored girlfriend Taylor Swift and Nick Jonas with his rumored girlfriend Selena Gomez all leaving Tao restaurant together in Manhattan last night!  (Kevin Jonas was also there, cuz who doesn't love being a fifth wheel?)

The daters tried to play it cool as they exited the restaurant, however Taylor and Selena held hands; I'm sure they're afraid of being pelted by batteries by the JoBros fans!  Hopefully this whole dating thing won't erupt into a scandal, you know how easy it is for those Disney stars to blow their wholesome image!

       

Selena Gomez, the teen who's giving Miley Cyrus a serious run for her money, was spotted with her family this weekend.  Selena and her family spent some time at the farmer's market on Ventura Blvd where Selena held hands with a little girl (possibly her sister) and played aroud.

Each summer Fox holds one of the most prestigious award shows in all of Hollywood; The Teen Choice Awards.  Nominees are in tight competition in categories like like Choice TV Villain and Choice Female Hottie for the coveted award of a surf board.
