Remember the golden years of The Hills when everyone got along?  Ok, me neither but there was a time when Lauren did have more than one friend.  Those days have seemingly to coming to an end as rumors are flying that LC has been hooking up with Audrina's ex, Justin Bobby. 

Despite their rocky friendship, Lauren Conrad, Lo Bosworth and Audrina Patridge were all spotted at Winston's in Los Angeles last night to tape the show.  Apparently Audrina arrived and left separately from LC and Lo. 

Ew, Justin Bobby? WHY??? 

Whitney had the right idea to move the eff out and get her own show; these ladies are starting to border on pathetic.

    

Lauren Conrad has signed a three-book deal with publisher HarperCollins to write a young adult fiction series.  Conrad, considered a visionary in many literary circles, is expected to break the rules and blend genres; think Truman Capote meets Gabriel Garcia Marquez. 

Or expect something shallow and vapid that could only come out of something that is her life.  "The behind-the scenes story of a young girl who moves to L.A. and unexpectedly becomes the star of a reality television show," according to a release.

The release goes onto state, "everyone wants something from her, and nothing is what it appears to be."  Compelling.

Lauren says of her series, the saccharine-titled L.A. Candy, “I’ve always loved books that I could lose myself in, ones that would transport me to another place, but had characters I could relate to.  I’m so excited to have this opportunity to write books like that for other readers.”

Yes, let's lose ourselves in the magical planet that is Los Angeles.  My imagination grows wild when I think about what that place could be like-oh wait.  I do know what it's all about.  It's on MTV every Monday night and it's called The Hills.  So basically she's selling us the screenplay from her reality show.  Give this girl a Nobel Prize! 

Coincidentally, we caught up with Lauren at another one of her little "projects" last night as she presented the Lauren Conrad Collection at Bloomingdales. 

At this rate, we're going to see Lauren Conrad get the bid for vice president in 2012.

         

Watch out LC!  There's a giant spiked heel coming your way!  Jeez, would you look at the size of those things!  Those are some serious heels and I would want to get into a fight with whoever was wearing them, Lauren is on her good side!

We spotted LC and her gang leaving Los Angeles hot spot Katsuya over the weekend.  Guess she wasn't leaving with Doug, since she gave him the boot on The Hills last night (pun intended)!

We spotted Lauren Conrad and Lauren Bosworth, aka LC and Lo of The Hills last night as they were leaving Crown Bar.  Lauren seemed sort of, exhausted, that she had to stop and sign things for fans.

I mean, wouldn't you be tired if you got paid to go partying and shopping?  Sure, there's the whole "working" bit with you getting jobs handed to you left and right; that must be tough.

We feel for you Lauren, we really do.  And we will continue to tune into your pity party each and every Monday night, wouldn't miss it for the world!

  

We spotted Lauren Conrad about and about in West Hollywood yesterday, apparently getting some shopping in.
LC is going to have to start looking for some new real estate soon as she is moving out of her expensive WeHo villa (didn't she just move in there like, 8 months ago?).  Apparently the reality star is sick of the constant presence of the paparazzi and the tour groups that now include her home as part of their 'sights of the stars'.  Also her names are super fed up with the 24/7 Lauren Show so I'm guessing neighborhood hostility is also a factor.  Happy hunting LC!

      

Each summer Fox holds one of the most prestigious award shows in all of Hollywood; The Teen Choice Awards.  Nominees are in tight competition in categories like like Choice TV Villain and Choice Female Hottie for the coveted award of a surf board.
Everyone who's anyone was at the Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles last evening eagerly and anxiously awaiting to see just who was going to take home a surf board.  Not surprisingly most of the cast of Gossip Girl walked away with an award as well as the show's host Miley Cyrus who won Choice TV Actress Comedy for Hanna Montana.  To see a complete list of winners click here.  The show will air tonight on Fox at 8pm.  Click through the gallery to see the mostly hits and some misses of last night's red carpet fashion.  (Ed Westwick, what were you thinking with that scarf?!)

           

Lauren, Lo, Audrina and the rest of the gang are back!  The trailer for season 4 of The Hills is online and you can take a look here.  The fake/real/fake reality show is back with a whole season full of dramz; you can expect lots boyfriend stealing, friend-fighting and tear-smudged mascara!  Season four looks to be slightly more interesting than season three, but does anyone care at this point?  I really don't know how much longer they can go on taping people going shopping and staring at each other over dinner. 

LC is certainly committed to going incognito, she's wrapped in a hoodie in the middle of July, in Los Angeles!  We spotted the reality princess leaving her estate in WeHo yesterday bound for LAX.  Jeez, every time we see Lauren these days she's either comin' or goin'! Do you guys think Lauren leads a busy life and is working hard for her money?  Or do you think her life is just one, long holiday?

   

It was a celeb studded red carpet last night as The Dark Knight premiered in New York City.  Christian Bale (Batman) and co-stars, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Gary Oldman were all on hand to promote their new film.  Gossip Girl stars Blake Lively, Penn Badgley and Ed Westwick were all there to catch new the Batman as well as reality star Lauren Conrad who seems to be on a different coast every day.  The Dark Knight opens in theaters on Friday but to check out a trailer click here.

         

Lauren Conrad, she's just so darn fancy.  We spotted The Hills star meeting up with friend at a Manhattan pier to take a sea plane!  Who's ever heard of that?!  I have no idea why or where she chartered that thing to (perhaps making a stop along the way to Los Angeles), but given how small it is, I hope she packed light! 
(Also, does anyone think the girl in the light green top looks a little like Morgan from Laguna Beach season 1? She looks familiar, but it's probably just my eyes playing tricks on me, I doubt L.C. has time for any of her old friends anymore.)
