Miley Cyrus' boyfriend sure knows how to look good in front of the parents!

Miley and bf Justin Gaston joined her family for church services in Los Angeles on Sunday.  The couple along with Billy Ray Cyrus, Tish Cyrus and Miley's grandmother Ruth Cyrus all gathered together to praise the Lord and then go for lunch at Mo's restaurant. 

Church and hanging out with grandma?  Justin is golden boy!  Let's just hope he doesn't knock her up.

        

There is nothing more romantic than a double date with your parent, and that's just what teen queen Miley Cyrus was up to when we spotted her in Los Angeles today. 

My Cy and her boyfriend Justin Gaston joined Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus for some grub at Patty's.  With Billy Ray's cool rock and roll hair and Tish's Paris Hilton outfit, you'd think they were all high school friends!

       

Now with video! We spotted "special friends" Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon.  Dressed in matching black outfits and cross necklaces, Miley and Justin dined at Rockycola restaurant.  My Cy gave us some awkward responses to what Justin gave her for her birthday. 

Miley just turned 16, thus narrowing the age gap on her May-December romance with Justin.  My only question, what's the age of consent in her home state of Tennessee?  Surely 16 is old enough to become a common law wife.

     

Oh Justin Gaston, it's much too early for you to brush off questions.  We spotted the model/singer/boyfriend in Los Angeles yesterday and he went mute when we tried to probe him about his Jonas Brothers Halloween costume.  Going out of your way for attention and then refusing to talk about it; congratulations Miley, you found yourself a prized douche.

We spotted Miley Cyrus indulging in my favorite food yesterday-ICE CREAM!  MyCy was joined by her dog Sophie, her dad Billy Ray, her mom Tish, her boyfriend Justin Gaston and her best friend Lesley (thee Lesley name checked "See You Again"!) at Hollywood restaurant Millions of Milkshakes (among millions of paparazzi) for a delicious frozen treat.  Billy Ray and Tish even took turns spoon feeding Miley ice cream, awww, she's still their little baby!

Looks like Miley and her older beau Justin are still going strong. Fingers crossed no more scandalous digital pix will crop up!

        

Miley Cyrus and Justin Gastin are sooo getting serious.  Last night they went on like, a really cool date. 

The new couple took in a Pussycat Dolls concert in Hollywood last night. The Pussycat Dolls don't really seem like something you'd bring your boyfriend to, but then again I am not 15 years old (or 20 years old like Justin is) so maybe I'm out of touch with what makes for a good date these daysl. 

On another note, how are we feeling about Ms. Cyrus' get up?  Fringe boots and a headband? Look out Mischa Barton, you've got competition!

It looks like the May-December couple are going strong and not let something silly like age of consent laws get in their way.
