We spotted a tired looking Hilary Duff going into a gym in West Hollywood this afternoon.  The Duff looked casual but was carrying the most elegant gym bag I've ever seen! You know you're in Los Angeles when people put their dirty gym clothes into a snake skin purse!

    

Hilary Duff's boots are made for walkin'! Hey!  The starlet, looking like a sane version of Mary-Kate Olsen, was spotted walking around with a script in her hand in Toluca Lake, California.

Friday afternoon seems like a fine time to check out a retro music video.  From 1966, here is Nancy Sinatra's "These Boots Are Made for Walking".  (Btw check out the sweaters with only tights and no pants, now we know where Lindsay got the look from!)

    

Oh Hilary, I'm just going to presume this outfit was a result of a brief mental lapse.  Granted you were going to meet you mother for breakfast in Toluca Lake, Calif. so maybe you were just so tired and hadn't had your coffee and you just blindly grabbed the first three things you could find?  Please Hilary, please don't tell me you intentionally put a day-glo orange, puffy tank with a cut-off jean skirt with brown leather boots together on purpose!  It would just break my heart.

   

The annual Council of Fashion Designers of America awards dinner was held at the New York Public library and it appeared to be a 2 to 1 ratio of every two, beautiful ladies to one, well clad designer.  Francisco Costa had Ashley Olsen (smiling!) and Eva Mendes on each arm, while Eva Longoria cuddled up to Tom Ford.  Victoria Beckham shared laughs with her (other) main man Marc Jacobs and Hilary Duff chatted with Michael Kors.  Zac Posen had his arm around Rachel Zoe while Naomi Campbell dined with Andre Leon Talley, who you may remember from a cameo on the second season of The Hills (he put Whitney in the Costume Institute fashion that ran live on the air, then she fell down the stairs, haha).  Basically the whole thing looked like one creepy albeit completely glamorous prom.  I wonder if there was any creeping hands during the slow dance...

          

Almost every time we see these two, they've got their hands full of shopping bags!  We spotted Hilary Duff and her main squeeze Mike Comrie shopping in Manhattan yesterday.  Nice work Duff, finding a man who's that willing to shop is no easy task, hold on to that one!

    

Well, generally ABSOLUTELY NUTHIN'!  But in this case war is very good for the Duff who is staring in the new John Cusack film, War Inc.  The film is a political satire and Hilary plays an Eastern European pop star named Yonica Babyyeah.  The Duff was accompanied by her big sis Haylie at the premiere last night which was held at the Tribeca Film Fesitval, and word is, there is a scene where Hil puts a scorpion down her pants!

      

You won't catch Hilary Duff violating any laws!  We caught the responsible young starlet feeding the meter this afternoon in Los Angeles before heading to the gym.  Gosh, she is just perfect! 

We all know Hilary Duff likes to shop, so it was not surprise that we spotted her doing so yesterday.  Hil's in town with her New York Islanders boyfriend Mike Comrie.  The Duff has interesting taste; first she dates a rock star, then she dates a hockey player, what's next? A mime? Or maybe a hot air balloonist?  Never know with these kids today!

We spotted thee Duff outside the Waverly Inn in NYC last evening.  Leaving hand in hand with bf Mike Comrie, Hilary was looking a little drunky with her giant grin.  Mike on the other hand was looking a little too Joel Madden-like in his black skinny tie and Chucks.  Hilary's already been there and done that Mike, find a new look!

I don't know who these business dudes are walking with Hilary Duff, but they certainly look official.  We spotted The Duff in Beverly Hills yesterday walking and talking with these two mystery men.  Real estate deal?  Record contract?  Maybe she was buying a new little dog? Who knows, but she's smiling so that's a good sign.  If The Duff's happy, I'm happy.
